Use this reference data to define support assessment types, which must be selected when creating an assessment in Support Plan Manager.
Configure Support Assessment Types
The fields on the Support Assessment Types screen are described in the following table.

| Assessment Type | The code of the assessment type. |
| Default Cost |
The amount (in GBP) that will populate the Cost field when adding a new support assessment for a learner. A maximum of 8 numbers can be entered. |
| Long Description | The long description of the assessment type. |
| Short Description | The short description of the assessment type. |
| Fund | The support fund type. Select from the drop-down list. |
| Diagnostic | This field is not currently functional. |
| Active | Whether the assessment type is active. |
